RTCP Annual Review

Foreword

"This Review is based upon the Action Plan dated August 2004 which has been broken down into component projects for each of the four main objectives.

It sets out to indicate what action has been taken, what is being actively considered, and what actions are on a continuous basis.

It will be seen that some of the actions taken or in hand may well have an impact on more than one of the main objectives, but each has been shown where its main purpose is intended to fall.

The purpose of the review is to indicate notably where things have been achieved, but more importantly, to indicate where our future efforts should lie, and where further implementation may be needed.

The review will, of necessity, increase year by year, so that progress may be seen to have been achieved over a period of time, and will form a baseline by which our success or otherwise may be evaluate."
